Our Intro class is for those who are new to CrossFit Training here at CrossFit Station.

This required class will introduce new CrossFitters to fundamental elements of CrossFit training.  This course includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, functional movements, and prepare anyone for regular CrossFit training! 

And don't be surprised if you see a little workout at the end as well!

Classes are held on Mondays at 5pm.

Back Care Class

Amber Hartley to an amazing class from her mentor teacher in California. The class was called "Back Care".  Amber is excited to bring this class to you.

This gentle class utilizes props to help ease you into the postures. This class is ideal for those recovering from injury, injury to regain strength and mobility while focusing on core and lower back strain. 

This class is FREE to members and $10 to drop in.

This class will be offered the 4th Wednesday of every month. The next class is scheduled Wednesday September 27th at 6:30pm. Anyone can drop in! 

Sunday Funday

Sunday Funday - is for those of us who would like a lower intensity workout with a twist. Often the workouts will be partner or team based. (No Olympic Lifting) 

Class Scheduled Dates 

September 10th - Noon to 1:00pm

September 17th Noon to 1:00pm

September 24th Noon to 1:00pm
