Our Intro class is for those who are new to CrossFit Training here at CrossFit Station.

This required class will introduce new CrossFitters to fundamental elements of CrossFit training.  This course includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, functional movements, and prepare anyone for regular CrossFit training! 

And don't be surprised if you see a little workout at the end as well!

Classes are held every Thursday at 6:30 PM. 


There is no charge for Registration

Backpacking Boot Camp

Backpacking Boot Camp

Five Weeks - 10 Classes. Our 5 week gym based training program will get you ready to hit the trails this summer. This highly functional training will require that you bring your own backpack that can be loaded up to 30 lbs. Emphasis will be on lower body strength and conditioning, core strength, and aerobic base training.
