Intro To CrossFit Station




Our Intro class is for those who are new to CrossFit Training here at CrossFit Station.

This required class will introduce new CrossFitters to fundamental elements of CrossFit training.  This course includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, functional movements, and prepare anyone for regular CrossFit training! 

And don't be surprised if you see a little workout at the end as well!

Classes are held on Mondays at 5pm.

Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned veteran, the Summer Break Series CrossFit program at CrossFit Station will challenge your limits with the skills and workouts that will give you the summer body you want while surrounded by the best CrossFit community around.

We use individually tailored weightlifting, gymnastics, sprinting, and general conditioning drills to ensure you arrive this fall in peak physical condition: stronger, faster, and better prepared for any athletic endeavor. Our experienced coaching staff will teach you the safest, most efficient, and most effective methods to perform the Olympic lifts, Power lifts, and all the movements commonly (and uncommonly) used in CrossFit. While your friends spend the summer getting slower and weaker, you’ll be getting better every week.

  • Unlimited CrossFit classes for the duration of your summer break
  • Weekday classes available in the morning and evenings
  • Saturday morning classes and Open Gym also available
  • $255 per athlete for the summer (from May to August 2017)
