A couple of notes first;  1. We are going to have a modified WOD tomorrow night at 5:30pm.  The WOD will be based on the main WOD onf the day.

2. We are planning a WOD on Super BOwl Sunday at 10:00am.  It would be nice to have as many as possible.  We could break into teams.  We did this last year and it was a good time.  Not to mention this is a chance to burn a few calories before the GOOD TIMES begin later in the day.
