1. Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3  first two sets of 3 are warm up sets.  The last three sets of 3 are at 70%-80%-90% of max. 

2.  20 minute time limit

50 Double Unders

50 Box Jumps

50 Burpees

50 KB Swings  35lb/25lb

50 Knees to Elbows

50 Push Press 45/35lb bars
