1-Front Squat

1-Push Press

1-Back Squat

1-Push Press

You will go through each of these 7 times.  After you have completed 7, add some weight and go through it 7 more times.  The idea is to add weight each time to complete 5 rounds.  Watch the video attached, tomorrow we will go through the WOD together so just relax.Bear Complex
