1. Overhead Squats  5-5-3-3-3 do not rack weight.  clean, or power snatch to overhead

2. 3 rounds of Barbara

20 pull ups

30 push ups

40 sit ups

50 squats

with exactly 3 minutes rest between rounds.  look at clock as soon as you finish 50th squat.  you will start next round exactly 3 minutes from that number.
