1.  Squat Cleans 5-5-3-1-1 work up to one rep max.

2.  Bar over Burppees (hand release)

Thrusters 95/65

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

you will start with the burpees then move to thrusters.  burpees are to be hand release at bottom.
