RX and Masters RX For time (with a 10 minute time limit): 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of Thrusters (95/65) Pull Ups
Modified For time (with a 10 minute time limit): 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of Thrusters (65/45) Jumping Pull Ups
Details: For time, complete 10 thrusters, 10 pull ups, 9 thrusters, 9 pull ups, 8 thrusters, 8 pull ups, etc. until you get to 1 thruster and 1 pull up. You MAY NOT combine the reps at the end (combining would be to do your set of 4 reps, then do a set of 6 for the “3-2-1″ reps). You MUST complete them in the proper order. The time limit is 10 minutes.
Scoring: Score will be based on the time it takes to complete the entire WOD. Post your time. If you run out of time, post your results as “10 minutes” and the number of total reps completed. For instance, if you finished your set of 4 pull ups when the time ran out, your reps would be 10-10-9-9-8-8-7-7-6-6-5-5-4-4, which equals 98. Please make sure to post your name with your result if your User ID does not contain your full name– this makes it easier to track. Thank you!
Thrusters – hips and arms fully extended and head through at top. Hip crease at or below parallel to the knee at the bottom. No use of a medicine ball is allowed to gauge depth of squat. RX and Masters RX are the same: Men’s barbell weight is 95 lbs. and Women’s barbell weight is 65 lbs. For those using the Modified scaling, men use 65 lbs. and women use 45 lbs.
Pull ups – chin must pass over the horizontal plane of the bar. Arms need to be fully extended at the bottom. Modified scalers use jumping pull ups, however, the standards still apply.
