"Angie" 100 Pull Ups (chin above bar at top and full extension of arms at bottom)

100 Push Ups (Chest to floor fully extend arms at top)

100 Sit ups ( shoulders to ground and chest and shoulders vertical at the top)

100 Air Squats ( hip crease below knee  hips, knees fully open at the top)

Can not partition movements.  All 100 Pull ups first, then Push ups etc...
