20 Butterfly Sit Ups

I need everyone to understand that if you want to put an RX next to your score, or time then you need to have Tony, or Trina count your reps.  You can say that you used prescribed weight without Tony, or Trina counting but that is about it.  If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.  If anyone wants an RX tomorrow or in the future just ask, we would be glad to count all your reps.
