Team WOD2011 Team WOD #6 Southwest Regionals 20 calorie Row 30 Burpees 30 DB Ground to Overhead 100ft Overhead Walking Lunge 45/25 Depending on the turn out we will plan on having teams of 4, with 2 male, and 2 female per team. We need to have teams that are of similar strengths. We will start by having one person on each team begin the row, when that member has completed the 20 cal. row they will move to the Burpees and team member #2 will begin to row. This will continue until all members have gone through each item in WOD. Only one team member can be working at a station at one time. The score will be the total time it takes all team members to complete WOD.
