Conditioning  (Check WOD books for previous score. April,2 2012)

5 rounds of

30 Double Unders (90 singles)

20 Box Jumps 24/20

10 KB Swings 1.5/1 pood (American swing)

5 Head to Floor  HSPU

Penalty Burpees if you break during the round.  1 burpee for every time you have to break up a rep scheme.  Burpees to be done as soon as you finish the 5th round. If you miss a double under, or a single that is 1 penalty burpee.  If you have to stop and rest on box jumps, KB Swings, or HSPUs that equals penalty burpee.  If you are breaking your work you need to be accountable and honest.  I don't know of anyone that could do this wod and not have some burpees at the end of the work out.  Your score is your time after you finish all 5 rounds plus the time it takes to complete penalty burpees.
