Conditioning 5 rounds of

30 Double Unders (90 singles)

20 Box Jumps 24/20

10 KB Swings 1.5/1 pood

5 HSPU (head to floor)

Penalty Burpees if you break during the round.  1 burpee for every time you have to break up a rep scheme.  Burpees to be done as soon as you finish the 5th round.  The Penalty Burpees are included in your time.
