830 to 10am Open Gym time. Time to work on your goats, do a wod you missed this past week, or lift.  We will be posting Strength work outs starting next Sunday.  Mel will be coaching.

Mel will be running /walking up Table Rock weather permitting.  If anyone would like to join her she will be behind the Old Pen at 1045am.
