Conditioning

12 Days of Christmas (perform the following just as the song goes)

1 KB SDLHP 2 pood /1.5 pood 2 Pistols (1rt/1lt) 3 KB Swing (Russian Swing) 4 Pull Ups 5 KB Goblet Squat 6 Box Jump Overs 24/20 (the boxes will be set in a line for a first come first serve basis,share the boxes) 7 Wall Balls 20lb for men/14 for women, both throw to 10 ft mark) 8 Double Unders (24 singles) 9 Toes to Bar 10  Hand Release Burpees 11 Ring Dips/22 PVC Dips 12 HSPU/Handstand Push Ups (24 if modified in any way)
