For those competing in the CrossFit Open - All Heat times have been changed from every 30 minutes to every 15 minutes. Heat times will be as follow; 9am, 915am, 930am, 945am. So that means that if you were scheduled for 9am your time remains the same. If you were in the 930am heat you are now in the 915am heat.
Take Note: Monday’s time slots are for those who were not able to do 14.3 on Saturday. Times for the athlete’s wanting to attempt 14.3 a 2nd time will be determined based on availability. Have good intentions, purpose, and value, the first time.
There we only be an 8am regularly scheduled session for those non-competing athletes on Saturday and all regular hourly sessions available on Monday’s.
