The Crossfit Open is finished and Trina and I want to thank everyone that participated.  As I've said before signing up and competing in the Open will change your outlook on Crossfit and the month of March.  It's time to relax and get fitter with out the stress.I also would like to thank everyone that came in on Saturday morning to cheer and support each other during the Open workouts.
