You have done the WOD’s on a daily basis now is your chance to invite someone else to do the WOD with you. Saturday, May 17th 8:00 and 9:00am. Team WOD!

11:00 – 1:00pm Drink, Food & A Games for the Kids! All are welcome!!

For time: in teams of 2 (1 team member working while 1 resting) 50 Box jump, 24/20 (25 each member) 50 Pull-ups (25 each member) 50 Kettlebell swings, 15/1 pood (25 each member) 50 Walking Lunge (25 each team member) 50 Knees to elbows (25 each) 50 Push press, 45 pounds (25 each) 50 Back extensions (25 each supermans) 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (25 each) 50 Burpees over your partner (25 each) 50 Double unders (each team member completes 50)
