Congratulations to Garrett and Roger for completing their CrossFit Level 1 Certification!

 

Reminders.  The Kids program will be ending this week so get the kids in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  We will have another Kids session scheduled for August, 4 through August, 22.

Crosstown Throwdown is getting close.  If you are going to compete you need to sign up, if you can't compete but would like to help you still need to go to the Crosstown Throwdown web page and sign up as a volunteer.  We can use all the help we can get.
