10603669_352950434873946_4176359621412768329_n I want to Thank everyone that came out to support the CrossTown Throwdown Saturday.  I also want to Thank everyone that came out and volunteered their time to help.  We could not do the Throwdown without each and everyone one you.  We unloaded equipment at 6am and did not stop for about 10 hours.  Picking up barbells, kettle bells, bumper plates, rubber mats, and hauling them from one location to another.  Not one time did I hear anyone complain, just turned the day into one big Chipper WOD.  Thank You.

I want to congratulate all the Athletes from CrossFit Station that put it on the line Saturday.  There is nothing better than watching a friend work their ass off and compete against others in a competition.  We are so proud of Cindy, Debbie, Gary, Matt, Ryan, Megan, Misty, Gregg, Connor, and Bobby.
