20 Minute AMRAP

10 Toes 2 Bar

10 DB Push Press 50/40

10 Burpees over bag

10 Sand Bag Power Cleans 80/40

200 Meter Run

One team member working while other rests.  Teams will complete the run together and can not start the first movement until both team members are present. Do not start Toes to bar until your team mate is at the pull up rig.
