You will use the same pair of dumbbells for all 5 movements, so choose wisely. Everyone will begin at the top with #1. Work Hard - because Christine is going to get mean!
1. DB Thrusters
2. DB Walking Lunges (these are not stationary lunges)
3. DB Row with a push up in between
4. DB Push Press
5. DB Hang Squat Cleans
6. Double Unders
