Important schedule change starting October,1 2014.  We have added a 3rd afternoon session.  The new hours will be 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday is unchanged due to the Yoga Stretch class at 6:30pm.  Conditioning
