I had a few questions that I would like to answer.

Q: Do our exercise challenges count towards our fitness points?

A: Yes

Q: I did my 150 squats and already posted my points on a different day is that okay?

A: Our Squat and Situp Challenge was not 150. It was 300 Squats and 300 Situps. All should of been done by Saturday January 4th at midnight. All Bonus Points Should of been posted on Day 5 of our Paleo Challenge. Please note this and if it changes your score please note it here in the comment section...

Q: How miuch fruit is to much?

A: Like any nutrition plan it is all a balance with ratios. If you have weight to lose I would suggest only eating 1 - 2 Servings of fruit a day. Also a note that fruit is best eaten in whole form - and not blended...we tend to over eat when we turn our food into smoothies.
