Fitness Challenge Begins
They can be weighted - but not necessary for this challenge. Please perform 500 lunges total (250 each leg)
Your challenge will begin Monday January 13th - Friday January 17th. Post your 5 bonus points for the 500 lunges completed on Saturday January 18th. This is an all or nothing challenge. Good Luck!
