Back in the day of my Personal Training shifts at the big globo gym I had a client leave his soda behind and drink nothing but water for 10 days. He lost 10lbs!! Our bodies are an amazing machine - don't you think?
How much water should we be drinking? Some of us need a chart to tell us exactly - others just go by how they feel. I personally have days where I drink a gallon and other days I drink only a few glasses. Here is a article that might be of interest.
Today, Tomorrow, and Wednesday you will measure your water and tell us how much you drink. The challenge here is to drink 80 ounces of only water each day. Not to be confused with tea or coffee. Post your 6 Bonus Points by Midnight Wednesday January 21st.
