Today is Day 15,  5/18 of your Paleo Challenge you will post points earned from 5/17.

This article goes back to "are you eating enough food?" Please read the determent you can do to your goals if you are not. How are the squats going? Are you done?

Your next fitness challenge is sit ups. The goal is to be successful in completing 400 sit-ups. You have til Day 18 Midnight to post your 8 bonus points for completing all reps. This is approximately 100 sit-ups a day about 10 sit-ups every hour. it can be done!
