Today 5/20 your will post your points from 5/19. I love this article about eating animal fats. I had a friend give me some of his bear fat. OMG it was the best ever!! I felt like I was growing hair on my chest - okay not really, but it did give me super human powers. HA!  I mixed in the fat with ground meat and spices and made into patties. It was so good.
