Today is Day 4 of our Paleo Challenge.

This is where you will post your points from January 6th. Only post points that are earned or left.

Today is our third day of our water challenge. The weekend is fast approaching - are you ready??

Here are a few menu examples from past challengers:

breakfast: 2 homemade egg cups – includes sausage (from Costco), and veggies 1/2 banana lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, spinach salad (no dressing) OR chicken breast and spinach salad (no dressing) Dijon mustard dinner: lean meat (chicken, turkey, beef, sausage), veggies/salad Dijon mustard

Snacks include fruit and veggies. nuts and raisins for sweet tooth.



Coffee with vanilla and cinnamon ( hadn't gotten Coconut milk yet )
spinach, kale, unsweetened almond milk, blackberries and blueberries
snack cherry tomatoes and sliced lemon cucumbers
lunch- left over paleo pulled pork and 1/2 an avocado
snack 10 cashews
dinner green salad I got home late so this was easy.


Early Breakfast: Cup of Coffee with coconut cream, 4 bacon wrapped dates.

2nd Breakfast: Sweetpot Hashbrowns w/meat and 1/2 avo.

Snack on fresh veggies and a couple of dates

Lunch: Chicken wraps. (chicken wrapped in lettuce :))

Snack: Bacon

2nd Snack: raisins and nuts and fresh squeezed lemon lime grapefruit in water

Dinner: Huge Chef Salad

Dessert: mixed frozen fruit + coconut cream
